AI1Launch
The Future with Initial AI Offering (IAO)
AI1Launch is a key feature of the AI One platform, providing a simplified and accessible approach to launching Initial AI Offerings (IAOs) for AI developers, and a secure and transparent platform for investors to participate in these launches. This feature offers flexibility in terms of launch types, allowing AI developers to choose the approach that best suits their needs.
For all 3 of the IAO launch types
AI token owners are required to stake an appropriate amount of $AI1 tokens based on the amount of funding they are seeking
AI token investors are required to stake an appropriate amount of $AI1 tokens based on the investment amount they are interested in
Presale
Controlled Launch to Mitigate Price Volatility
AI token owners can select predetermined hardcap and softcap values for their IAO launch. Once the sale is successful, liquidity is automatically added to a selected DEX (decentralised exchange) and the sale is considered successful once it has raised enough funds to meet its softcap.
This approach offers a controlled launch, mitigating price volatility and providing a level of predictability for investors.
FairLaunch
Maximizing Participation in IAO
The FairLaunch is similar to a traditional IDO, but with no limits. This approach enables IAO sales to raise as much funds as users want to contribute, making it a truly fair launch that allows every user to participate using their desired amount of funds.
The FairLaunch option is ideal for AI token owners who want to maximize the number of contributors to their IAO launch.
Overflow
Ensuring Fair Distribution of Tokens
The Overflow Launch offers a similar structure to the FairLaunch with one key difference: once the sale concludes and the total amount of funds raised exceeds the selected hardcap, each contributor receives a smaller portion of assigned tokens. Any extra funds are returned in equal proportions to all contributors.
This approach provides a way for token owners to allow for contributions beyond the hardcap while ensuring a fair distribution of tokens to all contributors.
